1. I have purchased CityVille Booster but haven't received my license key. What should I do?

It may take some time (around 30 minutes) for our system to be notified by Paypal and send you your license key. It is also possible that the e-mail containing your license key is sent to your SPAM folder by your e-mail client.

If you still haven't received your license key, contact us so we can manually send it to you.

2. My license key is not validated. What should I do?
  • Make sure you inserted the license key correctly, exactly as it is on the e-mail message you received when you purchased CityVille Booster;
  • Make sure your internet connection is working;
  • The CityVille Booster license is valid for one computer only, so if you want to unregister your computer to use your license on another computer, contact us;
  • If your license still doesn't work, contact us.
3. How do I start my CityVille bot?

To start your CityVille bot you should have CityVille visible and running in english. After clicking 'start', the bot will place your city in full screen and zoomed out before proceeding with any actions. The CityVille bot requires your city to be in full screen and zoomed out in order to perform its actions.

4. My CityVille bot is not doing something I expect it to do. What is wrong?

Everything you need to control your CityVille bot behaviour is available in the "Actions" tab of CityVille Booster. Make sure that the check box for the action you want to be performed is checked. In the "Advanced settings" tab you can control the number of times a given action is performed, as well as the time CityVille Booster waits before doing that action again. Make sure you have reasonable values for the action you want.

Additionally, note that your CityVille bot may not be able to perform a given action if it cannot find the relevant item on the screen. For instance, a given crop may not be harvested if it is partially hidden behind a building.

Note that the CityVille bot automatically sets your city in full screen and zoomed out. If for some reason you minimize your city the bot will try to put it back in fullscreen and zoomed out.

5. My CityVille bot doesn't seem to be doing some actions correcly. What is wrong?

From time to time, CityVille is updated with new and changed features. This may prevent your CityVille bot from performing some actions correctly. When this happens, we immediately start working on a new version of CityVille Booster, which is usually released within just a few days.

6. Can I keep working on the computer or in CityVille while the CityVille bot is running?

No. You should leave the bot perform its actions without interfering with it. The bot works by taking control over your mouse, just let it be!

Be patient, depending on your computer speed the CityVille bot may take some time to perform all its actions.

7. What screen settings are required for my CityVille bot to work?

CityVille does not allow your city to be zoomed out if your screen has a resolution equal or greater than 1600x900. Since the bot requires your city to be in full screen and zoomed out, please make sure your screen is under a resolution lower than 1600x900.

At the time being, our CityVille bot only works with one monitor attached to the computer and it must be configured to use True Color (32 bits per pixel). You may set all these settings under Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Adjust Screen Resolution > Advanced Settings > Monitor.

Also, please make sure that your windows screen's items size is set to Smaller - 100% (default). You may set this setting under Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Make text and other items larger or smaller.

8. What does my CityVille Booster license grant me acccess to?

When you purchase a CityVille Booster license, you will be granted:

  • full access to CityVille Booster on one computer;
  • quick technical support from our support team;
  • access to all corrections and upgrades made to CityVille Booster.
9. How do I install a new version of CityVille Booster?

When a new version of CityVille Booster is released, you will receive that information the next time you launch the application. CityVille Booster will then automatically download and install the new version. If you have any problems with the installation, you may manually uninstall the old version, download the latest version and install it.

10. How can I earn real money with CityVille Booster?
